This privacy statement does not address the processing of personal data of applicants or employees in the context of their employment relationship with Pathforge
3. What kinds of information does Pathforge collect, and how do we collect it?
We always want to provide you with the highest level of service, so we collect and hold personal information that helps us to provide the information, goods or services you might be looking for. If we do not collect the information, we may be unable to provide these things.
We collect your personal information directly from you when you activate or use our services, interact with us, either in person, over the telephone or electronically (e.g. via websites, apps, social media posts, chats, telephone, emails or SMS) or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also collect your personal information from third parties, as described in the ‘Other sources’ section below. Buying from us: When you buy from us online, or browse our site:

4. How does Pathforge secure and store my information?
We make all reasonable efforts to secure our systems to ensure the confidentiality and security of your customer data. We have implemented appropriate technical, physical and organisational measures to protect customer data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access as well as all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection) or further processing. We protect your payment card details with encryption methods. We ask that you not include your full card details when communicating with us via email, SMS or chat. If we have to refer to your payment card number, we will only refer to the last four digits in written communications.
We primarily collect, hold and use your customer information to provide services or promote and sell goods and services that you have requested, or which we think may interest you. This may also include products and services provided by third parties.

In addition, we may collect personal data about your credit arrangements, and this may include collecting your personal data from credit reporting agencies or other third parties for credit assessment and debt collection purposes.

7. How do I opt out of electronic messages?
You can opt out of advertising electronic messages (e.g.) emails and SMS), by using the unsubscribe facility in any electronic message; or on websites by adjusting your device setting or online privacy settings.
Please talk to us if you require changes to customer service communication. Regardless of whether you opt out of any or all electronic messages, you will still receive information we are required by law to provide you.
8. How does Pathforge handle my personal information if I apply for a role?
When you apply for an employee or contractor role with Pathforge, we collect the personal information you provide during that process, including in your application, such as your education and career history. Some roles may also require your health information or a criminal record check. We also collect demographic information if you choose to provide it. This information will be used in relation to your current or future employment with us or contractor engagement with us.
In some cases, we work with third parties to assist with certain aspects of the recruitment process, such as candidate assessments, recruitment services, and criminal history checks.
